It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of SOA member Col. (Ret) John F. Sadler, one of five officers who served at Chief SOG during SOG's eight-year history.
Below is a note from Clyde Sincere and a note from Col. Sadler's daughter regarding donations in his name.
We'll forward any additional information that we receive regarding Col. Sadler.

Hello to all -

My dad, Skip Sadler, passed away today -
he finally faced a battle he was powerless to win.  Many were at the gates to greet him, scotch and cigar in hand.   I do not yet have services planned but will let you know when I do.  I can share already that in lieu of flowers he would be honored to have donations made in his name to either the Wounded Warrior Project or the Folds of Honor Foundation.

Thank you for all your prayers and support -

I treasure them dearly.

Krissie
